We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as the Healthcare Studio Leader.ResponsibilitiesThe Healthcare Studio Leader will be responsible for leading and growing our healthcare architecture practice in the Southeast United States with a sub-specialty focus on the pursuit of federal healthcare projects. This role involves strategic planning, business development, project management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare architecture, a passion for design excellence, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the healthcare architecture studio, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and lead proposal efforts to secure new projects.Project Management: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of healthcare projects, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget, and schedule.Team Development: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of architects and designers, promoting professional growth and development.Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the healthcare architecture practice in the Southeast region.Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to the highest standards of design quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and business development.Licensure: Licensed Architect in the state of practice.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of healthcare design principles, building codes, and regulations.Attributes: Creative thinker, strategic planner, and team player with a passion for healthcare design.
