Prevea Health is seeking a Healthcare Administration Summer Intern in Green Bay, WI. This full-time internship allows students pursuing degrees in Healthcare or Business Administration to gain hands-on experience in healthcare management, compliance, and patient services. Job Summary
Prevea Health in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a highly motivated intern to join our Healthcare Administration team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in healthcare management, compliance, patient services, and operational efficiencies. The intern will work closely with healthcare administrators and other professionals to support projects, analyze data, and improve workflow processes.

What you will do
• Assist with project management tasks, including department standardization, strategic planning, and budget development.
• Develop reports, presentations, and process documentation as needed.
• Provide administrative support to senior leadership, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence, data entry and preparing presentations.
• Attend meetings, prepare materials, and assist with follow-up actions

Education Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Required

Skills and Abilities
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while remaining calm and professional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to speak one-on-one and to small groups.
• Ability to gather information and formulate for reporting purposes.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, patients, public, external agencies, and senior level leadership.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable with work schedule
• Ability to maintain and manage confidential information with discretion.
• Technology experience, to include Office Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Desire to learn about healthcare organizations.
