Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Specialist to join our team at Oil States International. This role will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for employees, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental practices, with experience in conducting audits, investigations, and training programs. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Investigate incidents and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective safety and compliance strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as occupational health and safety or environmental science
• Minimum 3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
