Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive HSE plan, collaborating with site leadership to align on goals and objectives, and ensuring effective execution throughout the year
• Organize, coordinate, and deliver safety training to ensure workers are equipped with the knowledge to work safely and in compliance with all regulations
• Regularly inspect the site, identify potential safety hazards, and ensure compliance with safety procedures, taking proactive measures to mitigate risk
• Review incidents, near misses, and safety reports, and lead efforts in identifying root causes and developing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Stay up-to-date with safety certifications, employee training, and regulatory changes to ensure the site remains compliant with OSHA and other environmental regulations

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in managing or implementing safety programs, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Extensive Knowledge of environmental regulations, OSHA standards, and safety management
• Strong Leadership skills with the ability to engage all levels of the workforce in continuous safety improvement
• Excellent Communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety inspection technologies
• Hands-on Experience with safety audits, inspections, and corrective action processes
