We are currently seeking a Program manager to join our Constrcution team. The Program Manager is accountable for the execution and delivery of large scale multi year projects, with multiple work streams & phases (time, cost, quality, scope).ResponsibilitiesEngagement and alignment with Global cross-functional team and team representatives at impacted sitesDevelop and monitor execution plans for the entire programLeading cross functional activities initiating, planning, and executing projects through the Project Management LifecycleDrive consistent communication across cross-functional operations to meet aligned program objectivesProactively identify and mitigate riskFacilitate program meetings and conflict resolution as neededProvide transparency to issues as they arise and advance as neededDefining and leading project budget, scope, schedule / timeline and staffing needsStrict adherence to Project Management Standards, Training, Process, Procedures and ToolsMonitoring and controlling the budgetary aspects of projectsHold teams accountable on all aspects of Project ManagementThe annual salary for this role is $84,000 - $123,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management5+ years in a construction or agricultural business/engineering/manufacturing environment2-3 years experience leading a cross functional teamCompany BenefitsCNH Industrial offers a wide variety of benefits that not only encourages wellness and preventive care, but we also provide the right tools and programs to help you achieve it.
