Job Title: Head of Real Estate Services

Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

Remuneration: N300,000 (Negotiable)

We’re hiring a Head of Real Estate Services to lead strategy, operations, and growth across a dynamic residential and commercial real estate portfolio in Lagos.

This is a senior, client-facing leadership role responsible for driving marketing, strategic asset divestment, operational efficiency, and aggressive portfolio expansion while delivering exceptional customer and tenant experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead portfolio sales, marketing strategy, and high-value asset divestments
• Oversee facility management, tenancy administration, and service delivery
• Drive portfolio growth through sourcing, evaluating, and structuring new acquisitions
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and data-driven decision-making
• Build and mentor high-performing teams while institutionalising efficient, scalable processes
• Provide strategic performance reporting and market intelligence insights
• Requirements*
• 5–10 years’ senior experience in real estate asset management, property services, development, or investment banking
• Strong expertise in the Nigerian real estate market and global investment trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA/MSc is an advantage)
• Proven track record in marketing, divestments, financial analysis, and operational leadership
