Head of Marketing - Real Estate

PLANET GREEN INFRA PVT LTD is hiring a Head of Marketing for their real estate division in India. The role involves leading the marketing team, developing strategies to enhance brand visibility, conducting market research, overseeing brand management, and executing marketing campaigns. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, over 10 years of marketing experience, and strong leadership skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our brand's growth in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, a proven track record in marketing strategy and execution, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Lead the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals.
Collaborate with senior management to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Analyze customer insights, market conditions, and data to inform marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Brand Management:
Oversee brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Develop and manage the companys brand positioning, identity, and guidelines.
Ensure brand integrity and consistency in all marketing efforts.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and public relations.
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
Digital Marketing:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.
Oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC campaigns.
Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
Provide marketing support for sales activities, including presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and media.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the marketing team and across departments.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in marketing software and tools, including CRM, analytics, and project management platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
