About the Role:

Ashoka University seeks an experienced Head of Green Spaces Management to oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of its horticultural landscapes.

This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in plant care and soil science, and knowledge of irrigation systems and sustainable practices.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement horticultural plans to ensure the health and sustainability of plants, trees, and green spaces.
• Supervise a team of horticulturists and gardeners to ensure proper maintenance of lawns, trees, shrubs, and potted plants.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure that horticultural elements complement architectural features without compromising safety, accessibility, or utility services.
• Requirements:
• Master's degree in Horticulture or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in horticulture, landscaping, or garden management, with leadership experience preferred.
• Candidate preferably with handled min. 2 Projects (75+ acres).
