Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Heritage Reforestation Inc. located in Greater Sudbury, ON. This job is for the tree planting season running from the end of April until the beginning of July. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, food orders, cooking, and supervising kitchen staff. The role requires creativity, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality and sustainable meals.

Qualifications
• Culinary Arts, Food Safety, and Kitchen Management skills
• Experience in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally friendly cooking practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in catering for large groups is a plus
• Culinary degree or certification preferred
