Our client, a leader in the packaging industry, is seeking ahand packagersr to join their team. As a Pipeline Order Packager, you will be part of the production department supporting efficient packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to teamwork which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Packager

Location: Sikeston, MO

Pay Range: $24.20 per hour

What's the Job?
• Pack or package by hand a wide variety of products and materials.
• Participate in training sessions on day shifts before transitioning to 2nd or 3rd shifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards during the packaging process.

What's Needed?
• Nice to have:manufacturing experience
• Willingness to work ANYshift including twelve hours shifts and overnight shifts.
• Must be available to work 6-7 days per week and overtime
• Ability to lift and move products as necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
