HVAC and Maintenance Technician

Caplin Steriles Pvt Ltd is hiring an HVAC and Maintenance Technician in Gummidipoondi, Tamil Nadu. The role involves operating and maintaining HVAC systems, conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance, managing engineering SOPs, and adhering to safety protocols. Candidates should have relevant HVAC certification and experience. This is a full-time position with no degree requirement.
• Operate, monitor, control, and maintain Air Handling Units (AHU), Forced Draft Ventilation (FDV), chillers, cooling towers, hot water generators, and Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS).
• Maintain LAFs, dynamic pass boxes, garment cubicles, static pass boxes, biosafety cabinets, and isolators.
• Handle and clean pre-filters, fine filters, and HEPA filters for AHUs, LAFs, pass boxes, and other equipment.
• Operate and maintain air conditioning units.
• Prepare and execute HEPA filter replacements according to procedures.
• Prepare and execute Qualification/Re-Qualification documents.
• Prepare purchase requisitions for process and utility equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, safety work permits, and shutdown maintenance on process and utility equipment.
• Develop and maintain engineering department SOPs and PM checklists for operations and preventive maintenance.
• Manage spares and consumables for utility and process equipment.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications:
• Relevant HVAC or maintenance certification.
• Proven experience in HVAC systems and facility maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
