Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. The technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues with HVAC systems.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to assess system performance.
• Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations.
• Collaborate with clients to design customized HVAC solutions that meet their specific needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all work activities.
• Provide property maintenance services related to HVAC systems as required.
• Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.

Experience
• Proven experience in field service within the HVAC industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning principles and practices.
• Ability to build and design effective HVAC solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Experience in property maintenance is beneficial.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting purposes.

Pay: $25.46 - $45.00 per hour
