HVAC Installer

CLEAN CLIMATE HVAC is hiring an HVAC Installer in Connecticut. The role involves servicing and maintaining various heating and cooling systems, performing emergency service calls, and routine maintenance. Candidates must have a CT S2 or equivalent license, EPA Refrigeration Certification, and at least 5 years of experience. The position offers a salary of $34.65 - $36.96 per hour, benefits including health and dental insurance, and requires in-person work.
Job Summary:

As a full-service HVAC provider, our technicians are expected to service and maintain a wide variety of heating and cooling systems which include

· Oil, Propane and Natural Gas Boilers and Furnaces

· Ducted and Ductless Air Conditioning Systems

· Air-Source Heat Pumps

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform emergency service calls for a wide variety of heating and cooling equipment

· Perform routine maintenance on a wide variety of heating and cooling equipment

· Attend training programs. All employees are expected to be kept up to date with the latest technologies.

· Take Direction

· Maintain proper inventory in vehicle

Qualifications and License/Certification Requirements:

· CT S2 License or equivalent CT S1 Contractor license.

· EPA Refrigeration Certification.

· Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a HVAC service technician

Position Requirements:

· High School Diploma and/or college degree.

· Ability to lift to 50 pounds.

· Excellent communication skills.

· A “Safety First” attitude.

· Successful applicants must pass background check and drug screening.

· A high-level knowledge of advanced principles of heating and air conditioning systems.

Salary:

From $70,000 per year

$2500 sign on bonus after 1 year of continuous service
