About the position

The Ranch Malibu is an award-winning fitness retreat located in Malibu, California, featuring a 5-acre certified Regenerative Organic garden and orchard. We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Gardener to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about organic gardening and sustainable practices. The Gardener will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and productivity of our garden, which is integral to our farm-to-table dining experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of our organic garden, ensuring that it remains a vibrant and productive space for both our guests and the local ecosystem. In this role, you will engage in hands-on gardening activities, including harvesting, planting, weeding, irrigating, mulching, and pruning. You will also be responsible for caring for our animals, which are an essential part of our organic farming practices. Additionally, the Gardener will assist in hosting farm-to-table lunches, providing guests with a unique and immersive experience that highlights the fresh produce grown on-site. Responsibilities
