Job Description
Arable is seeking a Grower Engagement Manager with a background in agronomy and experience in pivot irrigation or corn production. This flexible remote role, based in or near Saint Joseph/La Porte County, Indiana, involves building grower relationships, supporting sustainable practices, and driving grower success. We're looking for a Grower Engagement Manager with a passion for agtech, water conservation, and grower success—especially someone with experience in pivot irrigation or corn production.This is a flexible role that can be structured as part-time, contract, or a paid internship, depending on your background and availability.
It’s ideal for someone who already works with multiple accounts, consults in the ag space, is seeking flexible work tied to the growing season, or is early in their career and eager to gain real-world experience in agriculture and technology. Internship candidates may be considered for full-time roles in the future.

Helping farmers in Nebraska manage water more efficiently and sustainably
Building agricultural climate data networks in Africa to help farmers adapt to climate change
Providing farmers in California with tools to save water, reduce risk, and minimize waste
What You'll Do:
• Build and manage grower relationships, becoming a trusted advisor
• Support sustainable ag practices and irrigation strategies using Arable’s tools
• Lead and implement grower success programs
• Align Arable’s solutions with grower goals to drive value and retention
• Provide expert insights on pivot irrigation, corn production, and agtech adoption
• Identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored support
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs
What You Bring:
• Strong agronomy or grower support background
• Experience in pivot irrigation, corn production, or related systems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, field-ready attitude
• Based in NW Indiana with the ability to visit local growers
• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related field (or pursuing degree for internship candidates)
