Grid Modernization Strategy Lead

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead business development efforts for grid modernization strategy development.

This role involves working with customers to plan, integrate, monitor, and operate grid modernization efforts, including increased electrification, expanded clean energy generation and storage resources, and overall grid expansion.

The successful candidate will possess a strong market and customer focus, with established relationships with utility customers and the ability to generate sole source opportunities from this customer base.
Key Objectives:
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand grid modernization services for existing and new customers.
• Create resources and support tools for grid modernization strategies that help customers develop effective procurement and integration plans for solutions such as DERMS and ADMS.
• Support project-based teams in delivering studies and analyses, serving as a leader and subject matter expert.
• Identify and translate customers' challenges into valuable opportunities.
• Cultivate collaboration and innovation with colleagues to develop creative approaches to customer challenges.
• Promote a teamwork mindset, building strong interpersonal relationships, guiding researchers and consultants, and collaborating with project managers and team members to share knowledge and best practices.
