Responsibilities
• Plant maintenance including planting, pruning, potting, watering, trellising, preparing, defoliating, and topping plants.

• Cleaning and sanitizing each room (Mother, Clone, Veg) and disposing of waste according to compliance guidelines.

• Propagation tasks such as cutting, pruning, and sticking.

• Monitoring for pests and diseases using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques.

• Transplanting, which includes placing coco blocks, planting, and applying METRC tags on vegetative plants.
