Green Technology Specialist

We are looking for a Green Technology Specialist to join our team in Kelowna, BC, specializing in environmental due diligence and remediation.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in environmental consulting, particularly in relation to contaminated sites.

About the Job:
• Conduct site assessments and sampling of soil, groundwater, and vapour
• Write reports and provide project support
• Assist in developing and implementing project scopes
• Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessments (ESA's) and Detailed Site Investigations (DSI's)
• Conduct historical and regulatory research
• Review and edit technical reports
• Communicate with subcontractors
• Work in a team environment
• Engage with clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies

Key Responsibilities:
• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or Engineering, or equivalent diploma in a related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent writing, editing, technical, and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Able to thrive in a team environment
• Microsoft Suite proficiency
• Availability to travel within the Lower Mainland and occasionally in other areas
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required
• Flexibility to work outside core hours
