Job Description

The Crew Leader will oversee outdoor construction projects, providing comprehensive worker training, ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation, and managing all related administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of crew members on job sites, promoting a culture of safety and productivity.
• Develop and implement project plans, working closely with clients and management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Communicate effectively with crew members, clients, and management, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Requirements
• A high school diploma (degree in horticulture recommended).
• Leadership experience and knowledge of landscaping equipment and materials.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license required.
