Sustainability Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Expert to join our Commercial/Mixed Use team. This individual will lead sustainable design efforts and drive business growth by developing and implementing sustainable design strategies that meet or exceed client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sustainable design strategies that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Lead project integrative process and workshops, including team member coordination and Nature of Place research and development.
• Deliver project certifications for third-party rating systems and apply best practice, integrated design, and performance analysis as needed.
• Coordinate technical and analytic needs with the Director of Integrated Energy Engineering and regional staff.
• Support the Director of Sustainability in recruitment, interviews, hiring, and management of DesignGreen staff.
• Work with geographic offices to support ESG objectives and align with design, research, and process enterprise objectives.
