Green Building Facilitator

Kaizen Design Solutions Pvt. Ltd is hiring a Green Building Facilitator in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The role requires 3-4 years of experience in Green Building Certification, including pre-assessments, documentation review, and report generation. Candidates should have an M.Arch. and knowledge of green building rating systems and simulation software. The position is full-time and involves training sessions for staff.

Location : Mumbai
• KDS* is looking for Green Building Facilitator with 3-4 years of experience to work in their Green Building Certification department.
• Key Responsibilities:

- Execute a comprehensive Green Building Pre-Assessment, preparing checklists and delivering Feasibility Reports along with design advisement.

- Oversee the review and coordination of documentation necessary for Green Building Certification to ensure regulatory compliance.

- Generate detailed reports that documents the findings of green building Certification.

- Demonstrate proficiency in conducting Third Party Assessments & Reviews. Facilitate and participate in training sessions for technical staff, internally and externally, fostering continuous learning and the incorporation of innovative technlogies for enhanced product delivery.
• Qualification:

- M.Arch. candidates with proficiency in Green Building.
• Skills & Experience:*

- Knowledge in green building rating systems such as LEED, IGBC, GRIHA, WELL GEM, EDGE, etc., Feasibility Study, Pre - Certification and Final Certification.

- Proficiency in Building Simulation software such as eQuest, IESVE, Rhino, Ecotect etc.
