Job Description:

The Green Building Expert will work closely with our project teams to develop and implement sustainable design strategies that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. This includes conducting site analyses, developing energy models, and identifying opportunities for reducing carbon emissions and waste.
• Main Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement sustainable design strategies
• Conduct site analyses and energy modeling to identify opportunities for reducing carbon emissions and waste
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
• Provide training and support to project staff on sustainable design principles and practices
Requirements:
• Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, environmental science, or a related field
• LEED Accredited Professional with specialty certification
• 5+ years' experience in architectural practice with prior experience in all phases of architectural projects
• Strong understanding of building systems, project management, and consultant coordination
