Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Project support for new capital projects and existing facilities: Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for sustainable design, construction, and operations strategies.
• Analysis of feasibility for rating systems like LEED and WELL.
• Energy benchmarking, calculations, and analysis in support of energy modeling efforts.
• Data collection and metric tracking for internal and corporate reporting requirements of frameworks such as CDP and GRI.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advances in sustainable technologies for building design and manufacturing processes.
