Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Green Building Analyst. The Green Building Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating green building projects across different rating systems, conduct green audits, developing sustainability strategies, and provide recommendations for environmental improvements in projects.

Qualifications
• Knowledge of green building principles and sustainable design
• Experience in conducting on-site audit visits and environmental assessments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Master's degree in Sustainable Architecture, Energy Efficiency, or related field
• IGBC AP, LEED Green Associate or LEED Accredited Professional certification is a plus
