Key Responsibilities:

Lead certification processes for LEED BD+C and LEED O+M, WELL, BREEAM, Estidama, conduct energy modeling, and similar green building standards.

Oversee documentation, submission, and communication with certification bodies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to promote sustainability and innovation.

Support Green Building Business Development

Qualifications:

M.Tech/B.Tech- Architecture/Mechanical

Accredited Professional in LEED, WELL, BREEAM, Estidama, or similar certifications.

Proven track record of delivering high-performance green building projects.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
