Job Summary

Perform complex professional program and planning functions for community, regional, and statewide initiatives. This role involves supervising subordinates and conducting regulatory compliance reviews of subrecipients and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regulatory compliance reviews of subrecipients and projects.
• Collect, interpret, and enter necessary information into required federal reporting formats/systems.
• Analyze and verify program compliance of applications submitted relative to housing, homeless and community development programs.
• Draft interpretive guidance on program regulatory issues.
• Assist Homeless Service Providers in developing work programs addressing local housing and community needs.
• Coordinate statewide programs with state agencies or community programs.
