Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training One year in clinical research administration or similar setting. Experience developing and preparing grant applications in the musculoskeletal health research. Experience working with but not limited to publication of peer reviewed manuscripts, writing reports and grant proposals. Experience with articulating program mission, developing strategies to move the program forward, gathering information and evaluating program performance, developing and implementing policies to ensure successful conduct of research. Strong organizational and time management skills to organize time and work appropriately to meet deadlines, to set appropriate priorities and maintain multiple ongoing projects, and to use excellent professional judgement. Effective communication skills to convey knowledge and skills to others in both oral and written form. Skills to anticipate and analyze problems, make sound decisions using good professional judgement and common sense, and identify solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in clinical research administration. Clinical research experience in an emergency setting and/or multi-center research setting, including contract/grant administration and budgeting principles. Demonstrated knowledge of research methodologies used in clinical research, public health, orthopaedic, emergency medicine or epidemiology. Demonstrated skills to lead a team, managing recruitment of qualified personnel, personnel performance and staff development. Knowledge of how to review research proposals and perform pre-award management.
