As a Graduate Sustainable Investment Advisory Consultant, you will be part of a thriving and growing organization that offers you many possibilities to shape a better world and your future. In this role, you will engage in ESG due diligence analysis for technical and commercial reviews, which includes data collection, organization, and analysis. You will be responsible for ESG report writing and assurance work under environmental and social international frameworks such as the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation. Additionally, you will conduct transition risk and opportunity analysis following International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) S1 and S2 and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) standards. Advising on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks and conducting analyses such as materiality assessments will also be key components of your responsibilities. Responsibilities
• Conduct ESG due diligence analysis for technical and commercial reviews.

• Perform data collection, organization, and analysis.

• Write ESG reports and conduct assurance work under international frameworks.

• Analyze transition risks and opportunities following IFRS S1 and S2 and TCFD standards.

• Advise on ESG frameworks and conduct materiality assessments.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Business, Finance, or similar with relevant coursework.

• Completion of at least one relevant internship while pursuing the above degree(s).

• Strong interest in infrastructure project development, delivery, and/or operations.
,
• Knowledge of basic business and operational concepts.
,
• Strong quantitative skills with good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Proficient in MS Office suite.

• Ability to prioritize effectively and exceptional organizational skills.

• Demonstrated long-form writing experience for diverse audiences.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team-based work.

• Presentation skills with colleagues and clients at all levels.

Nice-to-haves
• Master's degree in Environmental Science/Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or Green Finance.
