Your development pathway:
NGH’s industry leading Graduate Learning Development Program (GLDP) is designed to grow and expose graduates to the day-to-day operations of environmental consultancy and provide real and tangible outcomes, thus developing graduates into great consultants!

You will be exposed to a variety of projects and disciplines in major centres and regional locations. This will provide you with the opportunity to work with and learn from a diverse range of specialists. On-the-job training includes the delivery of environmental projects such as ecological, environmental impact assessment, environmental management planning and project management.

The GLDP enables graduates to operate in a supported environment and develop biodiversity skills such as, report writing, GIS skills, legislation knowledge and consulting fundamentals such as communication, networking, decision making and project management. The main goal of the GLDP is to grow your skills and experience in consulting through being exposed to a diverse array of projects and both formal and informal learning.
