Adler & Allan is seeking a Graduate Environmental Consultant for a permanent, full-time role based in Droitwich Spa, UK. The position involves planning and supervising environmental projects, conducting field monitoring, and supporting senior staff with environmental claims. As a Graduate Environmental Consultant, you'll facilitate planning, procurement, supervision, and data collection for environmental projects and insurance claims. Work from home with support from our Droitwich office, receiving close mentorship from a Principal Consultant and Regional Manager.

More About The Role
• Conduct field monitoring, including measurement and sampling.
• Support senior colleagues with environmental claims management and other incidents.
• Provide accurate, timely information to line management.
• Share knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
• Prepare samples for laboratory analysis and liaise with the lab.
• Commit to high levels of safety, technical robustness, and organisation.
• Undertake other qualified tasks as assigned.

About You
• Degree in earth sciences or a geo-environmental discipline.
• Experience in environmental assessment or field data collection is advantageous but not essential; training provided.
• Professionalism in assisting the public and representing the Company.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Full, clean UK driving license required for travel within our operational footprint and right to work in the UK is essential.
