Global Supply Chain Ethics Specialist

beBee Careers is hiring a Global Supply Chain Ethics Specialist in Roodepoort, South Africa. The role involves driving the global supply chain sustainability strategy, tracking supplier performance against sustainability KPIs, producing reports for leadership, and conducting supplier audits. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our global supply chain sustainability strategy, ensuring it aligns with our broader corporate sustainability and ESG goals.
Key Performance Indicators
• Regularly track supplier performance against agreed sustainability KPIs.
• Produce and present detailed reports to senior leadership and other key stakeholders, showcasing progress in supplier sustainability alignment and identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Establish robust supplier audits and assessments to verify adherence to sustainability standards, identifying any risks or gaps and driving improvements where necessary.
Qualifications
• Minimum 4 year degree/Postgraduate in Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant certification / accreditation / membership with professional body as required for role.
• Strong understanding of global sustainability frameworks, environmental regulations, and industry standards related to supply chain sustainability.
