Job Description

Kraft Heinz is currently hiring an Executive Assistant; this is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong administrative skills to support our Global Procurement & Sustainability Function. This position is ideal for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who functions in a proactive, detail-oriented manner in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who has experience supporting executives with global responsibilities - interacting with various levels of senior leadership internally and externally, multi-tasking, and who demonstrates exceptional communication skills, excellent planning, problem solving and organizational skills. This person should provide leverage to our global procurement leaders.

This position reports to:

Chief Procurement & Sustainability Officer

• Support Procurement Leaders
• Manage calendars & workflows
• Coordinate travel logistics and activities
• Manage Invoices, vendors and expenses
• Plan and execute leaders’ events
• Organize communications from the office of their leader
• Ownership & Confidentiality

• I have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years administrative experience supporting executives or top leaders
• I have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Integrity and discretion with confidential information
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail, ability to exercise initiative and work independently
• Adaptable to the changing requirements and the influx of various requests from Executive Team members and external organizations
• I am experienced and proficient in working with automated expense tracking, online travel etc.
• I can anticipate needs and make sound decisions with minimal direction
• I am pragmatic and able to drive completion of tasks within narrow timelines
• I am able to work overtime as needed
• I have a positive can-do attitude
