Job Description

Savvy, Inc. is seeking a seasoned M&A Investment Banking Managing Director to lead our MedTech sector team.
• This role involves working in a collaborative environment with corporate finance and established investment banking professionals on various projects primarily in the MedTech sector.
• Key responsibilities include leading and executing engagements, origination and execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A, as well as other corporate finance transactions.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in investment banking specific to MedTech mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets.

Key Requirements
• A bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and at least 7 years of related work experience.
• Extensive investment banking experience, particularly in the MedTech sector.
• Existing Series 7 and / or 79 plus Series 63 securities licenses (in good standing).
