About This Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Leveraged Finance Analyst to join our Global Corporate & Investment Banking business. As a member of the Leveraged Finance group, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing syndicated loan and high yield bond transactions for non-investment grade companies. You will play a key role supporting origination, structuring, and deal execution, working on a broad scope of assignments within Leveraged Finance including acquisition financing and refinancing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
• Originate, structure, and execute syndicated loan and high yield bond transactions for non-investment grade companies* Play a key role supporting origination, structuring, and deal execution* Lead deal execution and communicate with deal team members and clients* Supervise junior personnel and work closely with senior bankers

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree and/or work experience* MBA degree is preferred* 3-6+ years of experience in Leveraged Finance or a related field* Ability to manage several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
