We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Energy Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our solar engineering team, you will be responsible for leading geotechnical engineering projects related to the solar sector.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing geotechnical engineering projects, developing business goals and objectives, and building client relationships. They will also have the opportunity to pursue solar-related business opportunities and lead technical teams.

Responsibilities:
• Develop scopes of work and prepare proposals for moderate to complex geotechnical engineering projects.
• Manage routine to complex geotechnical engineering projects including project scope, schedule, budget, and safety.
• Develop / assist in development of business goals and objectives.
• Pursue solar-related business / client development opportunities.
• Perform engineering analyses using company and industry standards and methodology.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (BS) in geotechnical, civil, or related engineering.
• Texas Professional Engineer registration/license.
• 5 or more years of solar geotechnical engineering experience.
• Previous experience with large scale construction projects preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of geology and geologic stability and performance mechanisms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint.
