Generac Power Systems is hiring a Generator Technician in Guilford, CT. The role involves on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and installation of generators for home and commercial use. Candidates should have 2 years of experience with electrical networks and a valid driver's license. What you’ll do:
• Perform on-site planned maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and troubleshooting for customers generators
• Installation and preventative maintenance on generators
• Work with home and commercial buildings
• Involved in installation hook-up of home standby generators and clean energy products

What you’ll bring:

· 2 years’ experience with extensive knowledge of different types of electrical networks

· Ability to read and comprehend technical documents and service manual

· High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail

· Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. frequently

· Valid driver’s license
