CTS People is seeking a General Manager Sales & Product Development for Complete Tyre Solutions in Neerabup, WA. The role involves leading sales growth and product innovation in sustainable commercial flooring. CTS People is partnering with Complete Tyre Solutions Tyre Recycling, an industry leader in transforming end-of-life tyres into sustainable products.

Their Neerabup facility produces high-quality solutions such as commercial flooring, acoustic underlay, gym matting, anti-slip load restraint mats, crumb rubber, and tyre-derived fuel, serving industries like construction, hospitality, education, and fitness.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a General Manager Sales & Product Development to lead sales growth, product innovation, and market expansion in commercial and industrial flooring. If you have a strong background in commercial flooring, industrial flooring, or construction materials sales, this is your chance to make an impact in the sustainable manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a sales strategy for commercial and industrial flooring solutions.
• Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities in construction, fitness, hospitality, and industrial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with flooring distributors, contractors, architects, and developers.
• Drive new product development and innovation in sustainable flooring and rubber-based products.
• Expand distribution channels and partnerships in commercial construction and flooring retail.
• Promote eco-friendly solutions and represent the company at industry events.

What We're Looking For
• 10+ years in commercial flooring, industrial flooring, or construction materials sales.
• Proven success in scaling businesses, developing markets, and leading high-growth sales teams.
• Strong industry network and expertise in product innovation and business development.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
