Job Description
Neil Kelly Company is seeking a General Manager for their Bend, OR location, responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership skills and experience in residential design and construction. The position offers a salary of $90-110k/year plus commission, with a focus on community engagement and sustainable practices. This is a full-time, in-office role, with relocation assistance available.

Salary is 90-110k/yr with commission and bonus.

General Manager – Bend Operations
Neil Kelly Company has a great opportunity for a visionary leader with design-build residential remodeling or new home expertise to take on the role of General Manager (GM) Bend Operations. The GM is responsible for the overall management and performance of all operations out of our Bend business unit, and reports directly to the President/CEO. We are seeking someone who is committed to excellence and client satisfaction.

Essential Functions of the Job
• Personnel management, including coaching and regular performance reviews.
• Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, including providing a monthly written report to team members.
• Plan and execute sales goals and strategy.
• Plan and manage the Bend location budget.
• Customer service.
• Frequent travel to job site location, and occasional travel to other business unit locations.
• Represent Neil Kelly Company in the Bend community, including in trade and community organizations.
Desired Skills & Experience
• 10 + years of experience in general residential design, structural changes and additions, and/or new construction.
• Proven track-record of both sales and production management.
• Thorough knowledge of construction project management, budgeting and cost estimating.
• Possesses well developed customer service and client interaction skills.
• Exemplary experience in leadership and management of employees and trade contractors.
• Experience in sales leadership, coaching and training.
• Experience in hiring and recruiting.
