Established in 1990, our company began as a local enterprise and has since evolved into a dynamic holding entity with core operations in energy, property development, and strategic investments. We operate multiple coal mining projects in East Kalimantan, producing high-calorific thermal coal, and manage various property developments focusing on middle to low-segment housing in key areas such as Tangerang City, Bekasi, and Indonesia’s new capital relocation (IKN). Additionally, we oversee a coal terminal and trading business to streamline logistics and distribution. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we are expanding into food estates and green energy initiatives, including carbon credit programs.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager - Industrial Project Management to lead and expand our project operations. This role is responsible for driving business growth, managing large-scale projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing innovative strategies for organic waste processing. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep industry expertise, and a vision for sustainable and profitable business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Raw Material & Procurement Management: Managing the quality of sourcing and procurement of materials, machinery, logistics, and others related to the projects.
• Lead and manage large-scale projects, including partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Drive market expansion initiatives, focusing on services and competitive positioning.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, investors, and business partners.
• Implement cost-effective operational strategies to optimize profitability and resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, maintaining high operational standards.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Promote project innovation and sustainability in project development, supporting circular economy principles.
Qualifications:
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agronomy, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree/MBA is preferred.
• Experience: 8+ years in the waste management, fertilizer, or environmental sector, with 3+ years in a managerial or director-level position.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of industrial projects, including logistics, heavy machinery, fertilizer, energy, and end-to-end project supply chain management.
• Customer Expertise: Strong relationships with industrial project opportunities.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute sustainable and innovative business strategies in the waste-to-fertilizer sector.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering synergy across departments.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of operations, finance, marketing, and business development within the waste processing and fertilizer industry.
• Negotiation & Communication: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Extensive network and ability to establish strong partnerships with government bodies, investors, business partners, and key stakeholders.
• Adaptability & Travel: Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic business environment.
• Technical Expertise: Understanding of organic and inorganic waste processing technologies and methodologies for high-quality fertilizer conversion.
• Market & Expansion Strategy: Experience in market analysis, business expansion, and fertilizer product marketing strategies.
• Project Management: Ability to develop and manage large-scale projects, including investment planning and strategic partnerships.
• Financial Management: Proven expertise in budget planning, profitability analysis, and operational cost control.
• Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of waste management regulations, fertilizer standards, and environmental policies at both national and international levels.
• Sustainable Product Development: Experience in eco-friendly product development and circular economy initiatives.
