About the Role
• Operations Management: Support the core team in managing projects, coordinating key initiatives, and improving internal processes.
• Team Management: Assist in onboarding, engaging, and managing interns and volunteers across different projects.

Internship Areas:
• Social Media and Content Creation: Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms to amplify climate action efforts.
• Digital Engagement: Contribute to campaign execution, SEO strategies, email marketing, and digital engagement.
• Graphic Design and Visual Communication: Design compelling visuals for social media, reports, presentations, and outreach campaigns.
• Narrative Development and Storytelling: Develop narratives, articles, blogs, and newsletters that drive awareness and engagement in climate action.
• Strategic Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and build collaborations with corporates, NGOs, and startups aligned with our mission.
• Human Resources and Compliance: Support the human resources department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• Multimedia Content Creation: Support our initiatives and interview series by creating compelling multimedia content.
• Web Development and Maintenance: Support our website development, updates, and security integrations, built on WordPress.
