About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with expertise in heat pumps to join our team. If you have experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting air-source and ground-source heat pumps
, and a passion for energy-efficient solutions, this is a great opportunity to be part of a growing, forward-thinking company.

What You’ll Do
• Install, maintain, and repair heat pump systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Educate customers on heat pump benefits, maintenance best practices, and available Mass Save incentives
.
• Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and in compliance with state energy efficiency regulations.
• Collaborate with electricians, project managers, and the CRM team to deliver high-quality service.

What You Bring
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) preferred.
• HVAC Certification (NATE, BPI, or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience with heat pump systems (2+ years preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Mass Save rebates & energy efficiency programs is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Groton and surrounding Massachusetts areas.
