How you will contribute:
• Lead Projects: Oversee planning and execution of utility-scale solar, wind, hybrid, and BESS projects.
• Manage Contractors: Ensure efficient collaboration with contractors and vendors.
• Align Teams: Closely work with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Track Progress: Monitor project activities, provide strategic analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Promote Best Practices: Implement quality management and SOPs to optimize outcomes.
• Motivate Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure Compliance: Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced PM Skills: Utilize advanced project management skills for execution.
• Report Progress: Present comprehensive updates to executive management.

Ideal Skills for this role include:
• Experience: 15-20 years in project management, especially in renewable energy.
• Leadership: Managed teams of 10+ members
• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with CTU compliances and requirements.
• Project Management: Successfully led complex projects over 300 MW.
• Sector Preference: Must have experience in Solar. Wind sector experience is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and excellent leadership and communication abilities.
