GM / Lead - Project Management (South India) - Utility Business

How you will contribute :
• Lead Projects : Oversee planning and execution of utility-scale solar, wind, hybrid, and BESS projects.
• Manage Contractors : Ensure efficient collaboration with contractors and vendors.
• Align Teams : Closely work with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Track Progress : Monitor project activities, provide strategic analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Promote Best Practices : Implement quality management and SOPs to optimize outcomes.
• Motivate Team : Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
• Engage Stakeholders : Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure Compliance : Champion safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced PM Skills : Utilize advanced project management skills for execution.
• Report Progress : Present comprehensive updates to executive management.

Ideal Skills for this role include :
• Experience : 15-20 years in project management, especially in renewable energy.
• Leadership : Managed teams of 10+ members
• Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Regulatory Knowledge : Familiar with CTU compliances and requirements.
• Project Management : Successfully led complex projects over 300 MW.
• Sector Preference : Must have experience in Solar. Wind sector experience is preferred.
• Skills : Proficiency in project management tools and excellent leadership and communication abilities.
