The Role:

As the Global Lead of GIS, you will manage and integrate GIS operations within larger project frameworks, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives. You'll optimize workflows, lead spatial analysis, and provide critical support to international teams. The role is primarily based in Australia, with necessary travel to project sites around two to four times annually.

Essential Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in GIS, with a focus on forestry or allied industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Geomatics, or related fields.
• Proven cross-project management and leadership experience.
• Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
• Excellent communication skills and experience with large dataset management.
• Willingness to travel for field projects and collaborate across global time zones.
