GHG Standards Manager

A company is looking for a GHG Standards & Verification Manager to develop credible carbon offset projects and ensure high-quality standards in agriculture.Key Responsibilities : Lead the development of verification projects for livestock, dairy, and row crop agricultureAct as a technical expert and interface with various project stakeholders to ensure compliance with standardsMonitor external carbon and climate standards and manage relationships with third-party consultants and verifiersRequired Qualifications : High school degree or higher5 or more years of experience in corporate greenhouse gas / sustainability programs, preferably in agricultureProven knowledge of leading climate standards and best practicesExperience with validation and verification processes, including Intervention Design DocumentsFamiliarity with nature-based solutions, carbon markets, and climate policy
