Job Description

The VONG Movement is seeking a Fundraising & Partner Intern in Panchkula, Haryana. Responsibilities include mapping partnerships, scouting potential partners, onboarding them, maintaining a corporate database for CSR funding, and developing proposals. The internship lasts for 6 months with a stipend that increases based on performance. Strong communication and strategic planning skills are required. Flexible work timings and a supportive work culture are offered.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understand and map partnership avenues in the organization

2. Scout for potential partners for VONG's communities and programs

3. Onboard the partners through strategic communications and agreements

4. Nurture relationships with the partners through ongoing engagement opportunities and confidence-building measures

5. Maintaining corporate database for CSR funding including contact details, preferences for funding, etc.

6. Develop proposals and pitch decks for CSR funding

7. Develop innovative approaches for Fundraising

Desired Background:

Strong communication ability, strategic planning skills, and marketing skills are required

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend

Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months

Rs 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4 months, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above

Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and above

The above stipend amounts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment
