Fundraiser/Canvasser for Environmental Non-Profit - Save The Planet!

One Sixty Fundraising is hiring Fundraisers/Canvassers for the environmental non-profit Save The Planet! in San Francisco. The role involves engaging the public to support The Nature Conservancy through donations. Full-time hours are Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm, with a pay of $24 per hour plus bonuses. No experience is required, and training will be provided. Ideal candidates are confident communicators passionate about activism and making a positive impact.

Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
Pay: $24ph (base pay) plus uncapped bonuses - OTE $35

The Position: As a fundraiser/canvasser for The Nature Conservancy you will be having purposeful, meaningful conversations which make a real impact. Each day you will head out with your team to different busy streets in the area, where you will engage in amazing and fascinating conversations with the public - ultimately inspiring them to become a long term supporter of The Nature Conservancy through an ongoing donation!

No experience required! Full, paid training will be provided. Instead we're looking for:

People with experience in the following sectors/positions are especially suited to fundraising: performing arts/theatre, creative arts, canvassing, sales, customer service, retail, bar work and hospitality. It's also a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates looking for an entry-level non-profit position to kick start their career!

We Offer:
• Full time hours - Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
• Base pay of $24 per hour plus uncapped daily and weekly bonuses (OTE $35ph) paid weekly

Requirements:
• Ability to work 5 full days per week - Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
• Available to work full time for a minimum of 3 months
• Must be aged 18 years or over
• Happy to work outside!
• Must be willing to travel to various locations in San Francisco and canvass outdoors and/or at large events.
• Some experience or interest in social justice, activism, poverty alleviation, humanitarian causes, the environment, charitable causes, and/or non profit organizations.
