Responsibilities:
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Alternative investments, offering strategic guidance to clients across private equity, real estate, and other private offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with RIAs, Registered Representatives, Issuers, and Broker-Dealers, helping them scale their business operations with our leading platform solutions.
• Assist clients with onboarding, including investor subscriptions, KYC/AML documentation, and client fund closings.
• Lead platform demos and educational sessions tailored to meet unique client needs.
• Collaborate with internal tech teams to refine the platform and drive product evolution based on user feedback.
• Analyze data and investment trends to offer proactive, strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Partner with our in-house marketing and content team to create resources that promote understanding and adoption of Alternative investments.
• Support ongoing client initiatives by responding to inquiries, resolving user issues, and maintaining a quality experience at every stage.

Qualifications:
• Education & Experience: Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent professional experience. 2+ years of experience in Alternative investments, private funds, financial services, or related industries.
• Client-Facing Skills: Demonstrated ability to deliver quality service with a consultative approach. Its important that you understand what advisors and investors need and how to best support them.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong comfort with financial data, metrics, and investment documentation. Ability to break down complex processes into actionable insights.
• Tech Fluency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite. Familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, financial technology tools, and AI.
• Licenses: Series 7 license is preferred but not required for this role.
