Full Stack Team Lead

Attero Recycling Private Limited is seeking a Full Stack Team Lead with 5-8 years of experience to develop and optimize web applications in Noida, India. Attero Recycling Private Limited is a NASA-recognized metal extraction company and end-to-end recycler of Li-Ion Batteries and E-waste headquartered in Noida and a manufacturing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Attero Recycling Private Limited is amongst a handful of elite organizations globally, with the capability to extract pure metals like Lithium, Cobalt, Titanium, Nickle, Manganese, Graphite, Gold, Copper, Palladium, etc from end-of-life electronics and Lithium-ion batteries. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and deploy new features for our web applications.
Collaborate with the design team to implement user-friendly interfaces.
Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and design patterns.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Work closely with other developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software on time.
Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or discovered during testing.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MCA.
5-8 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
Strong understanding of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or similar.
Experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Team Handling Experience is must.

Good to Have:
Working with cloud platforms such as AWS Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
