Description
The Forestry or Trail Crew Member position with the Nevada Conservation Corps offers a unique opportunity to work and camp outdoors in some of Nevada’s most beautiful natural areas. You will collaborate with a diverse group of volunteers from across the country while making a significant contribution to Nevada’s natural resources and heritage. This position provides valuable field experience in habitat improvement, restoration, and recreation projects in partnership with agencies such as the U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, and the National Park Service. Projects may include trail maintenance, hazardous fuels reduction, and wildlife enclosure installations.

• Willingness to transition to the Las Vegas Field Office by late November for winter projects.
